Electronic Testing: Notes

NOTE: On all vehicles with transaxle model CMW (used on 3.1L and 3.4L engines) cannot use the test box to diagnose components. On these vehicles, go to COMPONENT TESTS (WITHOUT TEST BOX) .

NOTE: The following procedures check operation of electronic control of 4T60-E transaxle. These tests are also found in appropriate SYSTEM/COMPONENT TESTS article in the ENGINE PERFORMANCE.
