CONDITION

Some owners of 1992 Corvettes with the LT1 (VIN P, 5.7L) V8 engine may comment on a no start or hard start condition, an engine stall condition, or a service engine soon light (code 16 low resolution pulse failure).

CAUSE

Low resolution signal failure on opti-spark distributor.
