Cable Adjustment: Notes

NOTE: Adjustment procedures are not available for all models. On all adjustments, DO NOT stretch cable assembly to secure a particular tab hole. If cable is stretched, engine will not return to idle.
  1. With cable assembly installed in servo bracket, install cable end onto stud of lever assembly and secure with retainer. Pull servo assembly end of cable toward servo. DO NOT move lever assembly.
  2. Line up servo assembly tab with cable assembly pin, and connect pin to tab with retainer. If a tab hole does not line up, move cable assembly away from servo assembly until the next closest hole lines up. Secure with retainer.
