Temperature Control Cable: Corvette

  1. Position temperature lever 1/16" (1.6 mm) from full "COLD" position. Turn cable adjuster until temperature door is seated. Move temperature lever to full "HOT" position, then back to "COLD".
  2. Lever should stop slightly short of each end of slot. A thump should be heard as door seats in each position. If door is not heard seating, or if lever is more than 1/8" (3.2 mm) from end of slot, repeat adjustment.
