Throttle Cable

  1. Depress accelerator pedal to floor and ensure throttle valve opens fully. If not, adjust accelerator link.
  2. Fully depress accelerator. Loosen throttle cable adjusting nuts. See Fig 1 .
  3. Adjust cable housing so distance between end of boot and stopper on cable is 0-.04" (0-1 mm). Tighten adjusting nuts. Recheck adjustment.
