Fuel Injector

    NOTE: Keep fuel meter cover gasket in place until injector is removed to prevent damage to casting.
  1. With fuel meter cover gasket in place, use a screwdriver to carefully pry injector(s) away from fuel meter body. Carefully lift injector(s) out with a twisting motion. See Figure.
  2. Remove small "O" ring from nozzle end of injector. Carefully rotate injector filter back and forth to remove from base of injector. Remove large "O" ring and back-up washer from top of injector cavity.
