Draining & Refilling

  1. On Spectrum, remove drain plug located on lower part of differential and drain lubricant. Remove oil pan and discard pan gasket. Remove (3) bolts retaining sump filter to valve body. Remove filter and discard.
  2. Install new sump filter and tighten bolts to 26-35 INCH lbs. (3-4 N.m). Install oil pan using a new gasket. Install drain plug, fill transaxle and check fluid level.
