Float Drop

  1. Invert air horn, gently lift up float and measure clearance between needle valve and float arm. See Fig 1 . Clearance should be .066-.078" (1.67-1.99 mm).
  2. Adjust clearance by bending outer float tab "B". See Fig 2 . Install needle valve clip after completing float adjustments.
