Clear Flood

If the engine floods, it may be cleared by pushing accelerator pedal all the way down. The ECM will maintain an air/fuel ratio of 20:1 as long as throttle remains wide open and engine speed is less than 600 RPM. If throttle position becomes less than 80%, ECM returns to starting mode.
