Throttle Body Cover

  1. Remove air cleaner. Disconnect injector electrical lead by squeezing tabs together and pulling lead straight up. Remove 5 cover-to-throttle body screws, lock washers, and note location of 2 short screws. Remove throttle body cover.
  2. DO NOT  remove pressure regulator from throttle body cover. The regulator is spring loaded and may cause personal injury if released. Throttle body cover and pressure regulator are serviced as an assembly. DO NOT  immerse cover in any type of cleaning solvent.
