Code 41, Cylinder Select Error (5.0L & 5.7L)
Due to the same ECM being used for different engine applications, it is necessary to ground selected pins in the ECM. For V8 applications, terminal "D-3" should be grounded. Code 41 will set if the reference pulses are not equal to a value selected within the Prom when engine RPM is below 2000.
