Ignition System - HEI (Federal): Overhaul: Reassembly
Reverse disassembly procedures while making sure that there is special silicone lubricant between module and distributor housing to provide heat transfer for electronic module cooling. After installation of distributor shaft, rotate to check for even clearance between external trigger wheel teeth and internal pole piece teeth.
