Temperature Dial

NOTE: Adjustment made with Tester J-22368 installed according to instructions under Testing.
  1. Set Tester Voltage switch to Control Calibrate position, start engine and run at fast idle, set Comfortron control lever to HI-FRONT, then switch rocker switch to MANUAL.
  2. Set the Manual Control Knob to 150 ohms on the scale. Rotate the Control Head Temperature Dial until the voltmeter on the tester reads 6.5 volts. The Temperature Dial should now indicate 75°F.
  3. If temperature dial does not indicate 75°F, insert Tool J-21530 in slot to left of dial, then rotate dial until it indicates 75°F, remove tool.
