Condition	Customers may comment that they get error 302 when using Energy App.
Cause	Software anomaly

CORRECTION

Please do not replace any parts for this condition.

Engineering is currently investigating

In the meantime please advise customer they may continue to drive the vehicle.

The PI will be updated or replaced with TSB once a determination has been made.

Verify the radio software is current with USB and programming.

If it has new calibrations for USB and programming, complete USB updating and reprogram the A11 Radio.

Until determination has been made, the concern may be addressed by accessing the infotainment system Settings, Accounts and select to remove the Vehicle account from the infotainment system and then sign in again.

For vehicles repaired under the Bumper-to-Bumper coverage (Canada Base Warranty coverage), use the following labor operation. Reference the Applicable Warranties section of Investigate Vehicle History (IVH) for coverage information.
