Installation Procedure

    Battery Charger (3) - Install

    2. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  2. Drive Motor Power Distribution Control Module Nut (2) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
  3. Drive Motor Power Distribution Control Module Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications

    Air Conditioning Compressor Ground Strap (5) - Install

  5. Engine Wiring Harness Ground Nut (4) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
  6. Engine Wiring Harness (3) - Install
  7. Engine Wiring Harness Ground Nut (2) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
  8. Retainer (1) - Install [2x]

    Electrical Connector (4) - Connect

  10. Engine Wiring Harness (3) - Install
  11. Engine Wiring Harness Battery Lead Nut (2) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
  12. Retainer (1) - Install [3x]

    Drive Motor Control Module Radiator Outlet Hose (4) - Connect

  14. Retainer (3) - Engage
  15. Drive Motor Battery Charger Inlet Hose (2) - Connect
  16. Retainer (1) - Engage

    Engine Wiring Harness (3) - Install

  18. Engine Wiring Harness Ground Nut (2) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
  19. Retainer (1) - Install [3x]

    Drive Motor Battery Charger Inlet Hose Bracket (2) - Install

  21. Drive Motor Battery Charger Inlet Hose Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

    Engine Wiring Harness Conduit Bolt (3) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

  23. Retainer (2) - Install [2x]
  24. High Voltage Electrical Connector (1) - Connect - High Voltage Connectors

    Engine Wiring Harness Bracket (3) - Install

  26. Retainer (2) - Install
  27. Engine Wiring Harness Ground Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

    Retainer (2) - Install [2x]

  29. High Voltage Electrical Connector (1) - Connect [3x] - High Voltage Connectors

    Auxiliary Drive Motor Control Module Cooling Inlet Hose (3) - Connect

  32. High Voltage Battery Heater Module Coolant Hose (2) - Connect
  33. Retainer (1) - Install [2x]

  36. High Voltage Battery Disconnect Control Module Bracket (2) - Install
  37. High Voltage Battery Disconnect Control Module Bracket Stud (1) - Install and tighten [4x] - Fastener Specifications

    Drive Motor Battery Charger Receptacle Coolant Inlet Secondary Hose Bracket (2) - Install

  39. Drive Motor Battery Charger Receptacle Coolant Inlet Secondary Hose Clip Nut (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

    Hybrid/Electric Vehicle Battery Cut-Off Actuator (2) - Install

  41. Drive Motor Power Distribution Control Module Pyro Switch Nut (1) - Install and tighten [3x] - Fastener Specifications

    High Voltage Electrical Connector (4) - Connect - High Voltage Connectors

  43. Retainer (3) - Install [2x]
  44. Electrical Connector (2) - Connect
  45. High Voltage Electrical Connector (1) - Connect - High Voltage Connectors

    Front Trim Finish Compartment Support (2) - Install

  47. Front Trim Finish Compartment Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [4x] - Fastener Specifications
  48. Connect the wiring harness retainers.

    Front Compartment Front Sight Shield (2) - Install
