Installation Procedure

    Battery Charger Coupler (1) - Install

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

    Drive Motor Battery Charger Receptacle Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications

    Front Compartment Upper Side Rail Brace (2) - Install

  4. Body Hinge Pillar Brace Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [4x] - Fastener Specifications

    Guide the loose cable ends through the left front wheelhouse opening and engage the battery charger coupler (2) to the wheelhouse.

  6. Drive Motor Battery Charger Receptacle Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

    Drive Motor Battery Charger Receptacle Coolant Inlet Hose (2) - Install [2x]

  8. Retainer (1) - Engage [2x]

    Front Wheelhouse Liner- Left Side (1) - Install - Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement

    Connect the electrical connector. (1)

  11. Charge Port Housing (2) - Install
  12. Close the accessory power receptacle door.

    Connect the electrical connector.

  14. Front Wheel Opening Molding (3) - Install
  15. Front Wheel Opening Molding Retainer (2) - Engage [11x]
  16. Front Wheel Opening Molding Retainer (1) - Engage [4x]
  17. Remove the double layer of masking tape around the perimeter of the painted surfaces.
  18. Using a 50/50 mixture of isopropyl alcohol and clean drinkable water with a clean towel, remove any left over adhesive residue from the masking tape.

    Position the wiring harness and connect the harness retainers. (1) [3x]

    Drive Motor Battery Charger Receptacle Bolt (3) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications 

  21. Position the wiring harness and connect the harness retainers. (2) [2x]
  22. Connect the electrical connector. (1)

    Position the wiring harness and connect the harness retainers. (2) [2x]

  24. Connect the electrical connector. (1)

    Position the wiring harness and connect the harness retainers. (2)

  26. Connect the electrical connector. (1)
  27. Fill the cooling system to the proper level. Drive Motor Battery Cooling System Draining and Filling (RWL) , or Drive Motor Battery Cooling System Draining and Filling (XFD)
  28. Enable the high voltage system. High Voltage Enabling
