Removal Procedure

  1. Raise and support the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle

    Front Wheelhouse Liner Bolt - Left Side (1) - Remove [4x]

  3. Front Tire Front Air Deflector Bolt - Left Side (2) - Remove
  4. Front Bumper Fascia Bolt - Left Side (3) - Remove [2x]

    Reposition the left front wheelhouse liner (1) to gain access to the left side upper front bumper fascia bolt (2).

  6. Remove the left side upper front bumper fascia bolt (2).

    Front Wheelhouse Liner Bolt - Right Side (1) - Remove [4x]

  8. Front Tire Front Air Deflector Bolt - Right Side (2) - Remove
  9. Front Bumper Fascia Bolt - Right Side (3) - Remove [2x]

    Reposition the right front wheelhouse liner (1) to gain access to the right side upper front bumper fascia bolt (2).

  11. Remove the right side upper front bumper fascia bolt (2).

    Front Bumper Fascia Center Air Deflector Screw (1) - Remove [10x]

  13. Remove the support and lower the vehicle.

    Front Bumper Fascia Bolt (1) - Remove [6x]

    On the right side of the front bumper fascia carefully push a small nylon wedge between the front bumper fascia (1), the front bumper fascia guide (2), and the front headlamp (3). Insert a suitable flat-bladed plastic trim tool into the fascia slot and depress the snaps one at a time and pull on the fascia at the same time to gradually remove the right side of the front bumper fascia.

    Reposition the front bumper fascia on the right side to gain access to the electrical connector (1).

  17. Disconnect the electrical connector.

    On the left side of the front bumper fascia carefully push a small nylon wedge between the front bumper fascia (1), the front bumper fascia guide (2), and the front headlamp (3). Insert a suitable flat-bladed plastic trim tool into the fascia slot and depress the snaps one at a time and pull on the fascia at the same time to gradually remove the left side of the front bumper fascia.

    Auxiliary Radiator Duct Retainer (1) - Remove [3x]

    NOTE:

    The front bumper fascia support brace (2) may have a forward range radar sensor attached, if equipped.

    Front Bumper Fascia Support Brace Bolt (1) - Remove [3x]

  23. Front Bumper Fascia Support Brace (2) - Remove
  24. Disconnect the electrical connector from the forward range radar sensor, if equipped.

    Intake Air Duct Retainer (1) - Remove [2x]

  26. Radiator Air Lower Seal Retainer (2) - Remove [2x]
  27. Radiator Air Lower Baffle Retainer (3) - Remove [2x]

    Front End Sheet Metal Cross Brace Bolt (1) - Remove [4x]

  29. Front End Sheet Metal Cross Brace (2) - Remove [2x]

    Horn Bolt (1) - Remove [2x]

  31. Horn (2) - Reposition [2x]

    Reposition the wiring harness.
