Installation Procedure

    Fuel Injection Pump Bracket (3) - Install

    2. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  2. Fuel Pump Shield Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
  3. Fuel Pump Shield Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications

    Upper Intake Manifold Bracket (2) - Install

  5. Upper Intake Manifold Cover Nut (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications

    Radiator Surge Tank Inlet Hose Clip (2) @ Upper Intake Manifold Bracket (3) - Install

  7. Upper Intake Manifold Cover Nut (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications

    Electrical Connector (1) - Connect as necessary

    Intake Manifold Cover (1) @ Upper Intake Manifold Bracket (2) - Install

    Push down on the front of the intake manifold cover (2).

  11. Intake Manifold Cover Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
  12. Install the oil fill cap.
  13. Connect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection
