Installation Procedure

    Clean and inspect O-Ring and apply engine oil. Adhesives, Fluids, Lubricants, and Sealers

  2. Throttle Inlet Absolute Pressure Sensor (2) - Install
    3. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  3. Throttle Inlet Absolute Pressure Sensor Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

    Auxiliary Radiator Front Duct (1) - Install

    Front Bumper Impact Bar (2) - Install

    6. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  6. Front Bumper Impact Bar Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [8x] - Fastener Specifications
  7. Install the wiring harness.

    Horn (2) - Install [2x]

  9. Horn Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications

    Front End Sheet Metal Cross Brace (2) - Install [2x]

  11. Front End Sheet Metal Cross Brace Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [4x] - Fastener Specifications

    Intake Air Duct Retainer (1) - Install [2x]

  13. Radiator Air Lower Seal Retainer (2) - Install [2x]
  14. Radiator Air Lower Baffle Retainer (3) - Install [2x]

    NOTE:

    The front bumper fascia support brace (2) may have a forward range radar sensor attached, if equipped.

    Front Bumper Fascia Support Brace (2) - Install

  16. Front Bumper Fascia Support Brace Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [3x] - Fastener Specifications
  17. Connect the electrical connector to the forward range radar sensor, if equipped.

    Auxiliary Radiator Duct Retainer (1) - Install [2x]

    Auxiliary Radiator Duct Retainer (1) - Install [3x]

    NOTE:

    The front bumper fascia will rest in place by guides on the center support upper structure.

    Front Bumper Fascia (1) - Install

    Install the left side of the front bumper fascia (1) to the front bumper fascia guide (2) and the front headlamp (3).

    Reposition the front bumper fascia on the right side to gain access to the electrical connector (1).

  23. Connect the electrical connector.

    Install the right side of the front bumper fascia (1) to the front bumper fascia guide (2) and the front headlamp (3).

    Front Bumper Fascia Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [6x] - Fastener Specifications

  26. Raise and support the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle

    Front Bumper Fascia Center Air Deflector Screw (1) - Install and tighten [10x] - Fastener Specifications

    Reposition the right front wheelhouse liner (1) to install the right side upper front bumper fascia bolt (2).

  29. Install and tighten the right side upper front bumper fascia bolt (2). Fastener Specifications

    Front Bumper Fascia Bolt - Right Side (3) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications

  31. Front Tire Front Air Deflector Bolt - Right Side (2) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
  32. Front Wheelhouse Liner Bolt - Right Side (1) - Install and tighten [4x] - Fastener Specifications

    Reposition the left front wheelhouse liner (1) to install the left side upper front bumper fascia bolt (2).

  34. Install and tighten the left side upper front bumper fascia bolt (2). Fastener Specifications

    Front Bumper Fascia Bolt - Left Side (3) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications

  36. Front Tire Front Air Deflector Bolt - Left Side (2) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
  37. Front Wheelhouse Liner Bolt - Left Side (1) - Install and tighten [4x] - Fastener Specifications
  38. Remove the support and lower the vehicle.
