Installation Procedure

Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Bracket (2) - Install
- Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
Brake Pressure Modulator Valve (1) - Install
Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Bracket Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [3x] - Fastener Specifications
- Connect the EBCM electrical connector (1).
Front Brake Intermediate Pipe (2) @Brake Pressure Modulator Valve - Install [4x]
- Front Brake Front Pipe Nut (1) @Brake Pressure Modulator Valve - Install and tighten [4x] - Fastener Specifications
Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Pipe (3) @Brake Pressure Modulator Valve - Install [2x]
- Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Front Pipe Nut (2) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
- Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Pipe Clip (1) - Secure
- Front Wheelhouse Liner - Install - Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement
- Program the electronic brake control module. Control Module References
- Preform the antilock brake system automated bleed. Antilock Brake System Automated Bleed
- Calibrate the BPMV pressure sensor. Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Pressure Sensor Calibration
