Installation Procedure

Install the assist step rod (1) to the assist step motor (2).

Assist Step Rod Bolt (1) @Assist Step Motor (2) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

Engage the assist step rear bracket (1) to the assist step rod (2).

Assist Step Bolt (1) - Loosely install [4x]

Assist Step Bolt (1) - Tighten [4x] - Fastener Specifications
Remove the assist step support jack.
{If equipped} Connect the 2 electrical connectors to the assist step control module.
Remove the support and lower the vehicle.
