Installation Procedure

Install the right side wheel speed sensor (2) to the chassis rear wiring harness (1).

Install the left side wheel speed sensor (2) to the chassis rear wiring harness (1).

Fastener Caution

NOTE:
Note the markings and ensure the rear wheel speed sensors are installed in the same location as disassembly.

Using a suitable tool, hold the jounce block bolt (1) stationary and install and tighten the jounce block nut (2) to 9 N.m (80 lb in).

Using a suitable tool, hold the upper jounce block bolt (1) stationary and install and tighten the upper jounce block nut (2) to 9 N.m (80 lb in).

Fastener (2) - Secure
Upper Jounce Block Bolt (1) @ Chassis Rear Wiring Harness Bracket - Install and tighten [ 2x ] 9 N.m (80 lb in)

Install the 4 wiring connectors (1) to the chassis rear wiring harness bracket.
Apply a light coat of dielectric grease to the 4 electrical connectors. Adhesives, Fluids, Lubricants, and Sealers
Connect the electrical connectors.

Slide the chassis rear wiring harness bracket (1) towards the front of the vehicle and install to the frame rail support.

Chassis Rear Wiring Harness Bracket Bolt (1) - tighten [ 3x ] 9 N.m (80 lb in).

Jounce Block Nut (2) @ Differential - Install and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
Jounce Block Bolt (1) @ Differential - Install and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)

Apply a light coat of wheel speed anti-corrosion grease to the rear wheel speed sensor and mounting pad on the rear axle housing. Adhesives, Fluids, Lubricants, and Sealers
Rear Wheel Speed Sensor- Right Side (2) - Install
Wheel Speed Sensor Bolt- Right Side (1) - Install and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)

Rear Wheel Speed Sensor- Left Side (2) - Install
Wheel Speed Sensor Bolt- Left Side (1) - Install and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
Install the rear tire and wheel assemblies. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (Front with Dual Wheels)Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (Rear with Dual Wheels)Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (with Single Wheels)
Remove the support and lower the vehicle.
Verify the repair is complete. Diagnostic System Check - Vehicle
