Installation Procedure

Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Bracket(2) - Install
- Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Bolt (1) - Install and tighten 11 N.m (97 lb in)
Brake Pressure Modulator Valve(1) - Install
Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Bracket Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [ 3x ] 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
- Connect the EBCM electrical connector (1).
- Front Brake Intermediate Pipe Fitting @ Brake Pressure Modulator Valve - Install [ 4x ] - Front Brake Intermediate Pipe Replacement
- Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Pipe Fitting @ Brake Pressure Modulator Valve - Install [ 2x ] - Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Pipe Replacement
- Bleed the antilock brake system. Antilock Brake System Automated Bleed
- Program the EBCM. Control Module References
- Calibrate the BPMV pressure sensor. Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Pressure Sensor Calibration
- Radiator Surge Tank - Install - Radiator Surge Tank Replacement (L8T)Radiator Surge Tank Replacement (L5P)
