Installation Procedure

    NOTE:

    When replacing the instrument panel, always install a NEW instrument panel airbag. Instrument panel airbag is a single use component.

    Instrument Panel Airbag (1) - Install NEW - Instrument Panel Airbag Replacement

    Instrument Panel (1) - Install

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

    Instrument Panel Upper Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [ 2x ] 2.5 N.m (22 lb in)

    Instrument Panel Upper Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [ 7x ] 2.5 N.m (22 lb in)

  5. Instrument Panel Upper Trim Panel Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [ 3x ] 2.5 N.m (22 lb in)

    Instrument Panel Upper Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [ 6x ] 2.5 N.m (22 lb in)

  7. Instrument Panel Upper Trim Panel Bolt (2) Install and tighten 2.5 N.m (22 lb in)

    Instrument Panel Airbag Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [ 3x ] 9 N.m (80 lb in)

  9. Connect the instrument panel airbag electrical connector to the instrument panel harness.

    Radio Front Speaker-Left Side (2) - Install - Radio Front Speaker Replacement - Left Side
