Installation Procedure

    NOTE:

    Some components not shown for graphic clarity.

    Column Lock Module (2) - Install

    2. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  2. Steering Column Lock Control Module Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [4x] - Fastener Specifications

    NOTE:

    Some components not shown for graphic clarity.

    Connect the electrical connector. (1)

  4. Install the steering column lock control module protector (2).

    NOTE:

    Connect the wiring harness retainers (1) and install the wiring harness.

    NOTE:

    Start ALL bolts by hand before breaking the bolt heads off or misalignment of the steering column lock control module protector may occur.

    Steering Column Lock Control Module Protector Bolt (1) - Install NEW and hand tighten [4x]

  7. Tighten the 4 steering column lock control module protector bolts (1) until the bolt heads break off.

    Steering Column (1) - Install - Steering Column Replacement (N37) , or Steering Column Replacement (N38)
