Installation Procedure
- If replacing the engine control module, it is necessary to reprogram the replacement module. Control Module References
- Engine Control Module (1) - Install
- Connect engine control module electrical connector wire harness retainer at engine control module bracket.
Reconnect the 3 electrical connectors (1) to the engine control module.
Body Wiring Harness Junction Block Bracket (2) & Fuse Block - Move into position
- Body Wiring Harness Junction Block Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
Ground Cable Bolt (1) - Install and tighten @ Upper Core Support - Fastener Specifications
- Connect the negative battery cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection
- Use the scan tool to reset the engine oil life remaining back to the original percentage recorded.
