Preliminary Procedure Remove the windshield washer solvent container. Refer to Windshield Washer Solvent Container Replacement (Chevrolet/GMC) , or Windshield Washer Solvent Container Replacement (Cadillac) .
1	Windshield Washer Solvent Level Sensor Procedure Using two flat-bladed tools, place the ends of the flat blades under each side of the windshield washer solvent level sensor grommet. Twisting in opposite directions, pry outward, the level sensor from the washer solvent container. Remove and discard the windshield washer level sensor grommet and replace with new.

Windshield Washer Solvent Level Sensor

Procedure

Using two flat-bladed tools, place the ends of the flat blades under each side of the windshield washer solvent level sensor grommet.
Twisting in opposite directions, pry outward, the level sensor from the washer solvent container.
Remove and discard the windshield washer level sensor grommet and replace with new.
