Removal Procedure

- Remove the front tire and wheel assembly. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation
Front Fender Paint Protector Bolt (1) - Remove [3x]
- Front Fender Paint Protector (2) - Remove
Front Wheelhouse Liner Retainer (2) - Remove
- Front Wheelhouse Liner Bolt (1) - Remove [6x]
- Front Wheelhouse Rear Liner (3) - Remove
- Place a drain pan under the vehicle.
- NOTE:
Some components not shown for graphic clarity.
Disconnect the electrical connector.
- Using 2 flat-bladed tools, place the blades under each side of the windshield washer solvent container level sensor (1).
- Twist the 2 flat-bladed tools in opposite directions to lift and disengage the windshield washer solvent container level sensor (1) from the windshield washer solvent container level sensor grommet (2).
- Carefully squeeze the windshield washer solvent container level sensor grommet (2) while using a flat-bladed tool to pry outward under the edge of the grommet.
