Installation Procedure

    Starter (2) - Install

    2. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  2. Starter Mounting Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] 50 N.m (37 lb ft)

    Starter Heat Shield (3) - Install - Starter Shield Replacement

    Generator Battery Control Wiring Harness (2) - Install

  5. Battery Positive Cable Nut (1)@Starter Solenoid - Install and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
  6. Electrical Connector (3) - Connect
  7. Lower the vehicle.
  8. Connect the negative battery cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (Dual Battery) , or Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (Single Battery)
