Removal Procedure

- Drain the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static)Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE-47716)
Floor Front Air Outlet Duct - Left Side(2) - Remove - Floor Front Air Outlet Duct Replacement - Left Side
Front Floor Console Extension Panel - Left Side(3) - Remove - Front Floor Console Extension Panel Replacement - Left Side
- Brake and Accelerator Pedal Assembly - Remove - Brake and Accelerator Pedal Assembly Replacement
Heater Core Bracket Bolt(1) - Remove[2x]
Rotate the heater core (1) bracket downward.
Heater Core Tube Clamp(1) - Disengage[2x]
- Heater Core Tube(2)@Heater Core - Remove[2x]
- DISCARD the O-ring seal.[2x]
Heater Core(1) - Remove
