Installation Procedure

  1. Air Conditioning Condenser - Install - Air Conditioning Condenser Replacement (LF4)
  2. Charge Air Cooler Radiator - Install - Charge Air Cooler Radiator Replacement (LF4) 
  3. Engine Coolant Fan Shroud - Install - Engine Coolant Fan Shroud Replacement (LF4)

    Radiator Assembly (1) - Install

  5. Radiator Upper Bracket - Install - Radiator Upper Bracket Replacement - Left Side (LF4) 
  6. Radiator Upper Bracket - Install - Radiator Upper Bracket Replacement - Right Side (LF4)

    Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe - Jumper (2) @ Radiator - Install - Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe Replacement (LF4 With M5U or MG9, ATOC Jumper) , or Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe Replacement (LF4 With MG9, Front Jumper Left) , or Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe Replacement (LF4 With MG9, Mid Line Left) , or Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe Replacement (LF4 With MG9, Mid Line Right) , or Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe Replacement (LF4 With M5U, Mid Line Left) , or Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe Replacement (LF4 With M5U, Mid Line Right) , or Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe Replacement (LF4 With M5U or MG9, Rear Differential Inlet Hose) , or Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe Replacement (LF4 With M5U or MG9, Rear Differential Outlet Hose)

    Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose Retainer (1) @ Radiator Air Lower Seal - Install

    Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose (1) @ Radiator - Connect - Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose Replacement - Radiator to Pipe (LF4)

    Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose (1) @ Radiator - Connect - Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose Replacement - Radiator to Manifold (LF4)

    Radiator Outlet Hose (1) @ Radiator - Install - Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement (LF4) 

  12. Air Conditioning Compressor Hose @ Air Conditioning Condenser - Install - Air Conditioning Compressor Hose Replacement (LGX)
  13. Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet and Outlet Pipe @ Radiator - Install - Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet and Outlet Pipe Replacement (LF4 With MG9) , or Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet and Outlet Pipe Replacement (LF4 With M5U)
  14. Air Conditioning Evaporator Hose Assembly @ Air Conditioning Condenser Tube - Install - Air Conditioning Evaporator Hose Replacement (LF4, LGX)

    Wiring Harness Retainer - Connect

  16. Electrical Connector (4) - Connect
  17. Engine Mount Vacuum Filter (3) @ Radiator - Install
  18. Radiator Inlet Hose (2) @ Radiator - Install - Radiator Inlet Hose Replacement (LF4) 
  19. Radiator Surge Tank Inlet Hose (1) @ Radiator - Install - Radiator Surge Tank Inlet Hose Replacement (LF4) 
  20. Radiator Air Side Baffle - Right Side - Install - Radiator Air Side Baffle Replacement - Right Side 
  21. Radiator Air Side Baffle - Left Side - Install - Radiator Air Side Baffle Replacement - Left Side 
  22. Radiator Air Baffle - Install - Radiator Air Baffle Replacement - Right Side (LF4) 
  23. Radiator Air Baffle - Install - Radiator Air Baffle Replacement - Left Side (LF4) 
  24. Recharge the refrigerant. Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging (R-134a) , or Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging (R-1234yf)
  25. Fill the cooling system to the proper level. Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716) 
  26. Start the engine and inspect for leaks.
