WARNING: Refer to Glass and Sheet Metal Handling Warning . WARNING: Disconnect the power window switch when working inside the door. When operated, the Express Up/Down Feature allows the door window to move very quickly, without stopping, which could cause personal injury. Preliminary Procedures Apply masking tape to the applique and reveal belt molding and door frame. Raise the window to the full up position and align the retainer nuts with the access holes in the inner door panel. Remove the front side door inner sealing strip. Refer to Front Side Door Window Inner Sealing Strip Replacement . Remove the front side door upper trim panel. Refer to Front Side Door Upper Trim Panel Replacement .
1	Front Side Door Access Hole Plug (Qty: 2) NOTE: The front side door access hole plugs conceal the bolts to the window regulator guides.
2	Front Side Door Window Regulator Bolt (Qty: 2) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Procedure Loosen the front bolts that attach the window to the window regulator guides, then remove the rear window retaining bolt from the regulator guide clamp. Tighten 10 N.m (89 lb in)
3	Front Side Door Window Procedures Using the appropriate tool, push outward on the outside window guide clamp while gently pulling the window upward from the door. Do not operate the regulator motor without supporting the window. Ensure that the window remains in the guide when operating the regulator motor. Place the window into the door frame sliding the window downward locking the retainers into the window retaining holes. NOTE: Inspect the window for proper operation before installing the door trim.
