Installation Procedure

  1. GM4321202

    Vacuum Pump Pipe Seal(2) - Install a NEW O-ring seal.

  2. Vacuum Pump Pipe(1) - Install
  3. GM4321191
    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

    Vacuum Pump Pipe Bolt(1) - Install and tighten 10 N.m (89 lb in)

  4. {If equipped} Engine Oil Cooler - Install - Engine Oil Cooler Replacement (LGX)
  5. GM4321188

    Vacuum Pump Pipe Bolt(2) - Install and tighten 10 N.m (89 lb in)

  6. Power Brake Booster Vacuum Hose(1) - Connect - Power Brake Booster Vacuum Hose Replacement
