Installation Procedure

    Place a suitable adjustable jack under the fuel tank.

  2. Fuel Tank (1) - Install

    Fuel Tank Strap (2) - Install [2x]

    4. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  4. Fuel Tank Strap Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [5x] 27 N.m (20 lb ft)

    Fuel Tank Filler Pipe (5) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 

  6. Evaporative Emission Canister Purge Hose (4) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 
  7. Fuel Tank Filler Hose (3) - Install
  8. Fuel Tank Filler Hose Clamp (2) - Install and tighten 4 N.m (35 lb in)
  9. Evaporative Emission Canister Hose (1) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service

    Evaporative Emission Pipe (2) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 

  11. Fuel Feed Hose (1) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service

    Wiring Harness Connector (2) - Connect

  13. Retainer (1) - Install [2x]
  14. Rear Wheelhouse Liner - Right Side - Install - Rear Wheelhouse Liner Replacement
  15. Underbody Rear Air Deflector - Left Side - Install - Underbody Rear Air Deflector Replacement - Left Side
  16. Underbody Rear Air Deflector- Right Side - Install - Underbody Rear Air Deflector Replacement - Right Side
  17. Propeller Shaft - Install - Propeller Shaft Replacement
  18. Lower the vehicle.
  19. Refill the fuel tank.
  20. Inspect for fuel leaks.
