Removal Procedure

    WARNING:

    Refer to Diesel/Gasoline Vapors Warning .

    WARNING:

    Refer to Safety Glasses Warning .

  1. Fuel Tank Replacement (Without HP9)  - Remove

    Electrical Connector (1) - Disconnect

  3. Evaporative Emission Pipe (2) - Disconnect [2x] - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service

    Fuel Sender Ring (1) - Remove - CH 45722  wrench

    Fuel Vent Pipe (1) - Disconnect [2x] - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .

  6. Transfer Hose (2) - Disconnect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service

    Fuel Sender (1) - Remove

  8. O-Ring (2) - Remove and DISCARD
