Installation Procedure
Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Assembly (1) - Install
- CAUTION:
Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Bracket Nut (1) - Install and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
Brake Pipe Fitting (Right Rear) (1) - Install and tighten 19 N.m (14 lb ft)
Brake Pipe Fitting (Left Rear) (1) - Install and tighten 19 N.m (14 lb ft)
Brake Pipe Fitting (Right Front) (1) - Install and tighten 19 N.m (14 lb ft)
Brake Pipe Fitting (Left Front) (1) - Install and tighten 19 N.m (14 lb ft)
Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Low Pressure Brake Pipe Fitting (1) - Install and tighten 32 N.m (24 lb ft)
Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Secondary Brake Pipe Fitting (1) - Install and tighten 32 N.m (24 lb ft)
Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Primary Brake Pipe Fitting (1) - Install and tighten 32 N.m (24 lb ft)
- Connect the EBCM electrical connector.
- Bleed the brake system. Antilock Brake System Automated Bleed
- Engine Wiring Harness Fuse Block Bracket - Install - Engine Wiring Harness Fuse Block Bracket Replacement
- Program the EBCM. Control Module References
- Center the steering angle sensor. Steering Wheel Angle Sensor Centering (without UKL)Steering Wheel Angle Sensor Centering (with UKL)
