Installation Procedure

    Fig 1: Battery Tray Mounting Bolts

  1. Install Battery Tray (3)
    2. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution

  2. Install Battery Tray Mounting Bolt (2) and tighten 15 N.m (11 lb ft)
  3. Install Battery Tray Mounting Bolt (1) and tighten 15 N.m (11 lb ft)

  4. Engage Retainer (1)
  5. Install the engine control module. Engine Control Module Replacement (LFX)Engine Control Module Replacement (LF3)
  6. Install the battery. Battery Replacement 
  7. Install the battery current sensor to the battery tray.
