Installation Procedure

    Fig 1: Fuel Feed Pipe

    NOTE:

    Ensure that the high pressure fuel pipe, and fuel pump fittings are clean and dry prior to assembly.

  1. Install Fuel Feed Pipe (1)
    2. Fig 2: Fuel Feed Front Pipe Bracket Bolt

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  2. Install and tighten Fuel Feed Front Pipe Bracket Bolt (1) to 10 N.m (89 lb in)
    3. Fig 3: Wiring Harness Retainers

  3. Install Wiring Harness Retainers (1) (Qty: 3)
  4. Install Engine Rear Noise Shield. Refer to Engine Rear Noise Shield Replacement  - Install
    5. Fig 4: Fuel Feed Pipe

  5. Connect Fuel Feed Pipe (1). Refer to Fuel Feed Pipe Replacement (At Engine) 
  6. Pressurize the fuel system and inspect for leaks.
