Removal Procedure

Drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static without HP9) , Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716 without HP9) , Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static LTG with HP9) and/or Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716 LTG with HP9)
Fuel Pump Insulator» Remove - Fuel Pump Insulator Replacement
Intake Manifold» Remove - Intake Manifold Replacement (Except Hybrid) and/or Intake Manifold Replacement (Hybrid)
Front End Sheet Metal Cross Brace» Remove - Front End Sheet Metal Cross Brace Replacement
