Circuit/System Verification

  1. Ignition ON.
  2. Verify DTC B12A4 39 is not set.
    • If DTC B12A4 39 is set 

      Replace the P17 Info Display Module.

    • If DTC B12A4 39 is not set 
  3. Verify DTC B12A4 45 is not set.
    • If DTC B12A4 45 is set 
    1. Verify the A20 Radio/HVAC Controls or A22 Radio Controls can be programmed using Service Programming System (SPS). Refer to Control Module References .
      • If Service Programming System (SPS) programming is supported, program the A20 Radio/HVAC Controls or A22 Radio Controls and verify the DTC does not set while operating the vehicle within the Conditions for Running the DTC. If the DTC sets, replace the P17 Info Display Module.
      • If Service Programming System (SPS) programming is not supported.
    2. Replace the P17 Info Display Module.
    • If DTC B12A4 45 is not set 
  4. All OK.
