Circuit/System Description

The rear displays are located in the back of the driver and passenger seat. The rear display screens may be sourced to view video from the front display.

The rear displays receives power and ground from the vehicle harness. A discrete control circuit from the media disc player is ued to control the power state of the displays. The displays receive all other video, audio and control information via the LVDS cable.

If the media disc player detects that the rear display is not responding to the output on the LVDS circuits, the media disc player sets the DTC will not display mirrored images from the front display.
