Installation Procedure

    NOTE:

    Ensure that the front position sensor is properly seated in the mounting bracket.

  1. Position the electronic suspension front position sensor (2) in the vehicle.
    2. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  2. Install the electronic suspension front position sensor nut (1) and tighten to 12 N.m (106 lb in).

  3. Reconnect the electrical connector (2) to the electronic suspension front position sensor (1).

  4. Connect the electronic suspension front position sensor link (2) to the lower control arm (1).
  5. Remove the supports and lower the vehicle.
  6. Straighten the front tires.
  7. Re-calibrate the trim height for the front position sensor. Electronic Suspension Front Position Sensor Trim Height Calibration
