Installation Procedure

  1. Install the window down into the door, past the window regulator guides.
  2. Raise the window past the window regulator guides.
  3. Lower the window into the window regulator guides.
  4. Push the glass forward into the front glass run channel.
    5. NOTE:

    Start the vehicle in order to ensure maximum power to the window motor. This is required to fully seat the window for adjustment.

  5. Start the vehicle.
    6. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution

  6. Using the power window switch, raise the window to the fully up position. Tighten the window regulator guide nuts to 11 N.m (98 lb in).
  7. Install the window into the rear side door front window run channel, tighten the bolts to 9 N.m (80 lb in).
  8. Inspect the window for proper operation and a tight seal.
  9. Shut off the vehicle.
  10. Install the rear side door window belt reveal molding. Refer to Rear Side Door Window Belt Reveal Molding Replacement 
  11. Install the rear side door window inner sealing strip. Refer to Rear Side Door Window Inner Sealing Strip Replacement 
  12. Install rear side door water deflector.
  13. Install the rear side door garnish molding. Refer to Rear Side Door Window Garnish Molding Replacement
  14. Install the rear side door trim panel. Refer to Rear Side Door Trim Replacement
