Removal Procedure

Remove the front wheelhouse liner. Refer to Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement .
Remove the air conditioning and drive motor battery cooling compressor. Refer to Air Conditioning and Drive Motor Battery Cooling Compressor Replacement .

Remove the engine ground strap bolt (1) and terminal (2), from the wheelhouse panel.
Unclip the ground strap from the retainers.

Remove the engine ground strap bolt (1) and terminal (2), from the engine block.
Unclip the ground strap from the retainers and remove the ground strap from the vehicle.
