Installation Procedure

    Fig 1: Fuse Block

  1. Position the fuse block (1) to the vehicle and push down until the retainer tabs lock into place.
    2. Fig 2: Engine Wiring Harness Terminal Nut

  2. Install Engine Wiring Harness Terminal (2)
    3. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  3. Install Engine Wiring Harness Terminal Nut (1) and tighten 15 N.m (11 lb ft)

  4. Install Generator Battery Jumper Cable (1)

  5. Install Battery Positive Cable (2)
  6. Install Battery Positive Cable Junction Block Lead Nut (1) and tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)

  8. Install Battery Positive Cable Nut (1) and tighten 15 N.m (11 lb ft)

  11. Install Generator Battery Jumper Cable Stud (1) and tighten 15 N.m (11 lb ft)
  12. Connect the negative battery cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection »
