Removal Procedure

  1. Remove Rear Compartment Floor Panel Trim Rear Compartment Front Trim Replacement
    2. Fig 1: Spare Tire

  2. Remove Spare Tire Stowage Retainer (1)
  3. Remove Spare Tire (2)
  4. Disconnect the negative battery cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection

  5. Remove Battery Positive Post Cover (2)
  6. Loosen Battery Positive Post Clamp Nut (1)
  7. Remove Battery Positive Cable (3)

  8. Remove Spare Wheel Stowage Bracket Bolt (1)
  9. Spare Wheel Carrier Bracket (2)

  10. Disengage Battery Vent Tube (2)
  11. Remove Battery Hold Down Bolt (1)
  12. Remove Battery Hold Down Retainer (3)
