Installation Procedure

  1. Install Electronic Brake Control Module (1)

    CAUTION:

    Fastener Caution

  2. Install Electronic Brake Control Module Bolt (1) and tighten 3 N.m (27 lb in)

  3. Install Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Primary Brake Pipe Fitting (1) and tighten 32 N.m (24 lb ft)
  4. Connect the EBCM electrical connector.
  5. Bleed the brake system. Antilock Brake System Automated Bleed 
  6. Engine Wiring Harness Fuse Block Bracket » Install — Engine Wiring Harness Fuse Block Bracket Replacement
  7. Program the EBCM. Electronic Brake Control Module Programming and Setup
  8. Center the steering angle sensor. Steering Angle Sensor Centering
