Removal Procedure

    WARNING:

    Refer to Gasoline/Gasoline Vapors Warning .

    WARNING:

    Refer to Safety Glasses Warning .

  1. Remove Fuel Tank Fuel Tank Replacement 
    2. Fig 1: Fuel Pump Feed Hose And Fuel Pump Electrical Connectors

  2. Disconnect Electrical Connector (1) (Qty: 2)
  3. Disconnect Fuel Pump Fuel Feed Hose (2) Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service

  4. Remove Fuel Sender Ring (1) CH 45722   wrench

  5. Disconnect Transfer Hose (1) Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 
    6. Fig 4: Fuel Tank Fuel Pump Module

  6. Remove Fuel Tank Fuel Pump Module (1)
  7. Remove and DISCARD O-Ring (2)
