Installation Procedure

  1. Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor Seal -Install a NEW seal.

  2. Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor -Install
  3. Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor Retainer -Install

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  4. Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor Fastener -Install and tighten 10 N.m (89 lb in)
  5. Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor Electrical Connector -Connect
  6. Connect the Fuel Feed Pipe - Fuel Tank to Engine to the Fuel Feed Pipe - at Engine. Fuel Feed Pipe Replacement (Fuel Tank To Engine LF4) Fuel Feed Pipe Replacement (LF4 at Engine) 
  7. Engine Rear Noise Shield Replacement (LF4) -Install
  8. Plenum Front Panel Replacement -Install
  9. Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static)Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716) -Fill the cooling system.
