Installation Procedure

  1. Install the rear brake backing plate (1).
  2. Install the rear wheel bearing and hub assembly. Refer to Rear Wheel Bearing and Hub Replacement (FWD) , Rear Wheel Bearing and Hub Replacement (AWD) .
  3. Install the parking brake shoes. Refer to Parking Brake Shoe Replacement .
  4. Install the tire and wheel assembly. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (With J64) , Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (With J55) .
